Sake is produced in virtually every part of this country, each with their own unique characteristics. And while everyone has their own favourite brands, I’m sure we are all on the lookout for new and different varieties. Since sake production and distribution can be very localized, I thought this would be a great way to share some of our local delicacies with other sake lovers!
